Destiny Independence means a lot to me because my son was having a hard time in math and reading. It brought his grades up and it gave him better opportunities and taught him some life skills and to be a little more independent. Mom- T.R.
I have three boys involved with Destiny and they have helped us in the way as to getting my boys ready for college. We've been involved with Mrs. Janice for many years and she has not only helped my boys but she as well helped me to understand this weird thing called life and raising a family. Without Mrs. Janice and Destiny I'm not sure as to where me and my boys would be today. From 7, 6, and 5 years old to ages 17, 16, and 15, ten years have been well worth it. Mom - L.H.
Destiny Independence has been truly a blessing to both of my children. I love the different opportunities DIUSA offers to kids as well as others. The free tutoring they receive at DI's partner, Sylvan Learning Center is helpful a lot. My nephew is understanding his math problems a lot better. Our mission

Guiding the next generation into independence!

The mission of Destiny Independence USA is to break a generational cycle once and for all in Floyd County, GA by shepherding hundreds of economically disadvantaged young people into eventual adult employment, laying the foundations of academic success, emotional stability, and a mindset of financial independence long before they reach adulthood. DIUSA is designed to come alongside the parents of these children to assist them in preparing their children to become successful and employable adults by providing them with resources that young people need in order to be successful. We pledge to stay with these children and youth all the way through high school, college or job training, and into adult employment, training them to become moral, contributing members of society as they reach adulthood.
